The Charlotte Smart Hotel Lopburi exceeded my expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and modern ambiance. Our room was not only spacious but also had a comfy bed that provided a restful night's sleep. the staff, fluent in English and Thai, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Their recommendation for a nearby Thai restaurant led us to a delightful culinary experience, showcasing the best of local flavors. Despite being surrounded by construction, the hotel's isolation from external noise made our stay incredibly peaceful. the little breakfast buffet offered a nice start to our day, and the cleaning staff added a touch of warmth with their friendly demeanor. Arriving at an unconventional hour was no issue, as the 24-hour front desk promptly checked us in, showcasing top-notch hospitality. Our journey to Khao Yai the following day was seamlessly arranged by the hotel, providing us with private transport and insightful stops at local temples along the way. Thank you for a wonderful stay that truly encapsulated the essence of a memorable Thai getaway!
